Official Series Schedule

Players can play in multiple Day 1s, highest chip stack will be carried forward to Day 2.

Once a player has paid in full or won their seats, they will then be able to email us their day1 preferences.

Preferences and bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or as a seat has been won.

Day 1 preferences to be mailed to anastasia@shuffleuppoker.com. Preferred spot cannot be GTD. If a booking is not made, seats will be issued upon availability, on a first come first serve basis. We cannot reserve/hold day1s or seats for anybody until payment has been made.

A 10% buy-in and 3% gratuity/staffing fee will be charged for all events. Schedules are subject to change. Events will be played in accordance with current COVID-19 legislation. Poker room closes no later than 23h00 daily and may change as COVID-19 legal requirements change.

Players may re-buy when they are equal to or under starting stack. Double re-buys are available to players when they have NO more chips. Double add-ons are NOT available.

*Golden Seat: R 25 000 High Roller Seat and R 12 500 Main Event Seat. Should we NOT make a Golden Seat, the highest valued seat will be given.

Super High Roller Satellite: R 50 000 Super High Roller Seat. Should we not reach R 50 000, a *Golden Seat will be given away.

Late Reg will last for a 2 hour period

A game will start once we have 5 players. Should there not be 5 players at the start of play, grace period of the first blind level will be given.

Seats won at the satellites are NOT TRANSFERABLE FOR CASH / ANOTHER PLAYER.

How will the satellite winners be determined if we hit curfew?

At 20h30 the tournament director will draw for last hand either 2,3 or 4. Players will then play the last few hands.
Once the hands are finished, the places will be determined as per the players chip stacks and prizes will be distributed according to highest stack.

This should only be valid for the week days, during the weekends we should have enough time to finish the tournament
